Volumetric Weight
If material is light in weight but occupying larger space due to dimension; it needs to be charged as per volumetric weight calculations shown below:
1. Measure the dimensions:
Measure the length, width, and height of your package in centimeters (cm).
2. Calculate the volume:
Multiply the length, width, and height together.
3. Divide by:
for Surface service's Divide the volume by 4500 and Air service's Divide the volume by 5000
4. Round up:
Round the result up to the nearest whole number. This number represents the volumetric weight in kilograms (kg).

Example
• If your package dimensions are 20 cm x 20 cm x 30 cm:
o Volume = 20 cm x 20 cm x 30 cm = 12,000 cm³
o Volumetric Weight = 12,000 cm³ / 5000 = 2.4 kg
o Rounded up, the volumetric weight is 3 kg.
Parcels having length more than 100 cm from any side should not be booked on Air mode.
